For the carers using Parenting Scale and Support Adherence Ratings
- Significant reduction is carer stress post intervention
- Improvements in positive parenting style post intervention
- Highest levels of satisfaction scoring for enjoyment and engagement
- Highest level of learning and retention of information scoring
For the children and young people using Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire and Parent Daily Report
- Significant shift in children’s pro-social behaviours post intervention
- Significant reductions in child behaviour post intervention
Sustained change is seen with similar trends 6 and 12 months post intervention.
The National Implementation Service is committed to continued data collection to build a UK evidence base which is extended beyond the original study conducted by Dr Patricia Chamberlain in San Diego, USA.
